Professional development is more than acquiring new techniques or theoretical knowledge. It can also provide an opportunity to question assumptions, explore different perspectives and deepen our understanding of the people we work alongside.
As an integrative psychotherapist and lecturer in Counselling and Psychotherapy, I bring together therapeutic theory, clinical experience and meaningful reflection. The training is intended for trainee counsellors, newly qualified therapists and experienced practitioners seeking to deepen their understanding of particular areas of therapeutic practice, as well as other helping professionals.
The approach supports participants to develop their knowledge, reflect critically on existing practice, recognise assumptions and consider how new understanding might inform their clinical work.
